I’ve led from every seat: building scalable systems, exceeding growth goals, and cultivating teams that execute with heart and precision. Every chapter sharpened my adaptability, innovation, and strategic execution.

The Deliberate Contract Years

For the past five years, I’ve worked as a Project Manager in AI training for leaders like Amazon, Google, Meta, and OpenAI—specializing in the design of safe, domain-focused large language models and training protocols. These were roles of focus, intentionality, and balance—taken on during a season where I also served full-time as a parent. I became hyper-discriminate with my energy, mastering the art of contribution through clarity, confidence, and efficiency.

This chapter deepened my professional philosophy, shaped by the IFS principles 8 Cs (clarity, confidence, creativity, curiosity, compassion, courage, connectedness, & calmness) and the 5 Ps (presence, perspective, persistence, problem-solving, & playfulness)—frameworks I’ve translated into how I build, lead, and grow.

Now: A Full-Time Return with Full-Focus Impact
